All orders are shipped through USPS (post office) and delivery time varies depending on the shipping option chosen. All orders above $1000 USD will be shipped by UPS.
If expedited service is requested you must call (602) 449-1277 and speak to a customer service representative. If there is no answer please leave a message and a representative will return your call.
If you email us please allow up to 14 days if a response is necessary.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The total satisfaction of our customers is Styles2You.com's primary concern. Our customers may return or exchange any item under the following conditions:
* All items returned to Styles2You.com must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached. This does not mean you cannot try the item on, rather if the item has been worn we cannot accept your return.
* Original shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable. Special offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. We will issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your item.
* You must indicate your intention to exchange / return within 5 business days of the date of delivery. This can be done by emailing us at customerservice@Styles2you.com or by calling us at (602)449-1277. Customers must quote their name, address, original invoice number, the item being returned, if it is an exchange or a refund, and if it is a exchange you require, the new item you would like.
* The returned item must be received by Styles2You.com within 10 business days of the date of delivery via Post Registered or Express Post USPS. We recommend you return your item in the origianl package and please send it by USPS (United Stated Postal Service) to:
